Premium Clean
The Premium Clean builds on the Standard package with additional features. It includes everything from the Standard Clean, plus a comprehensive strip-down and treatment using our new pH steamer to tackle stubborn, long-lasting stains. If needed, we offer suede renewal shampoo and conditioner to restore the life, feel, and colour of your suede shoes. For leather footwear, we provide expert reconditioning; if there’s noticeable creasing, we can soak it up and carefully mould it back to its beloved shape. This detailed approach ensures a deeper, more revitalizing clean that addresses both surface and structural issues. Insoles are removed and cleaned separately, and we finish with a protective layer of shrink wrap to safeguard your shoes, making it ideal for return shipping.

Deluxe Clean
Our Deluxe Clean service is designed to restore your shoes to their freshest, most comfortable state. We begin with a complete inner sole wash, removing and deeply cleaning the insoles to tackle built-up dirt, leaving you with that extra bounce in every step. Next, we clean the outer soles thoroughly with our natural spotter, followed by precise debris removal. Once every surface is immaculate, we apply our pH-balanced steam cleaner to achieve a “box-fresh” finish.
Different materials get tailored care. Suede shoes undergo a full renewal, where we restore both color and nap to pristine condition. For leather, we provide a complete surface clean and reshape damaged areas if necessary. Laces are also removed and washed in our specialized lace-cleaning machine, so they look and feel brand new.
To seal in the freshness, we include a complimentary heat seal for 100% protection until your first wear. Plus, your Deluxe Clean comes with a set of shoe trees to help maintain shape when not in use, and a bottle of our signature “ShoeShave.” Just two sprays keep your shoes smelling fresh wherever you go.
